[KERC News 2024 Q3] Our main activities

In 2024 Q3, the active groundwork was underway to support Korea's participation in Horizon Europe, following the announcement of Korea's association to Horizon Europe starting from 2025.

In this post, you can find some examples of our activities, however, most of our works were focused on strengthening internal capacity including building solid governance and support system for Horizon Europe, preparing for the extended role as a Global R&D Strategic Center in 2025, establishment of Korea-EU semiconductor cooperation office and so on.

Also during the summer, we made a solid plan for the second half of 2024 and beyond. It includes major events and publications that will contribute to boost Korea's participation in Horizon Europe after the association. Active exchanges and preparation were undertaken during Q3.
