The Korea Forestry Promotion Institute (KOFPI) is seeking young researchers currently studying or conducting research in Europe or the United States to prepare on-the-ground reports on overseas trends in forest science and technology R&D.

□ Overview

• Eligibility: Master’s or doctoral students, or postdoctoral researchers currently studying or conducting research in Europe or the United States
• Number of Contributors: 24
• Application Period: October 6–30, 2026
• Writing Period: November 9–27, 2026
• Topic Areas: Forest Disasters, Forestry Management, Timber Industry, Forest Biological Resources, Forest Environment, and Forest Welfare
• Compensation: KRW 50,000 per page, up to KRW 500,000 per contributor
• Application: Submit proof of enrollment (or an affiliation certificate for postdoctoral researchers) and the Contributor Application Form by email
