(Call for Applications) Korea-EU Horizon Europe Researchers Networking Forum on Energy & Advanced Mobility (Cluster 5)

Event Overview

Event Title (English): Korea-EU Horizon Europe Researchers Networking Forum on Energy & Advanced Mobility
Date: 14–16 October 2025 (Tuesday–Thursday)
Venue: Brussels, Belgium
Objective: Facilitating Korea-EU collaboration in Horizon Europe projects through networking and matchmaking opportunities.
Main Activities: The program includes thematic presentations, pitch sessions, panel discussions, matchmaking sessions, consulting, and networking reception.
Scale: Approximately 50 participants in total for each fields (about 10 researchers from Korea, 15~20 researchers from the EU and Associated Countries, plus observers and other stakeholders).
Thematic Areas (Cluster 5 – Energy & Advanced Mobility):
- Energy: Batteries, Photovoltaics (PV), Energy Grids, Hydrogen, etc.
- Advanced Mobility: Connected and Automated Mobility (CCAM), Safe & Resilient Transport, Aviation, Waterborne Transport, etc.

Eligible Applicants: Researchers affiliated with European (or Associated Countries) research institutions who are interested in collaborating with Korean partners in Horizon Europe Pillar II (2026–2027) projects.
Number of Participants: About 15~20 researchers in each field (15~20 in Energy, 15~20 in Advanced Mobility).

Support Provided: KERC will cover participation costs, including main transportation (flight, train, etc.) and accommodation.
